PODCASTS

The Wellbeing Foundation has created a number of podcasts, both audio podcasts and video podcasts. Many are resources to help those worried about their feelings or experiences, or who may be suffering distress.

For example, the audio podcasts include nine episodes of Dr Áine Tubridy's exercises to deal with or prevent panic attacks, which she kindly made available to the site before they were published as a CD to accompany her book, When Panic Attacks.

The video podcasts include the Wellbeing Foundation movie, Soul Interrupted, which was made for the 2006 conference. It is available on Vimeo in four episodes and users are welcome to download.
